Building on nearly four decades of trusted customer support and quality equipment rentals
Since 1987, Mobilease Rentals Inc. (“Mobilease”) has been an established provider of office trailers for rent and purchase across Southern Ontario. From events and construction sites to industrial facilities, they deliver and install portable, temporary office trailers to locations where a permanent office may be impractical or impossible. Recognized for their exceptional responsiveness and hands-on customer support, Mobilease trailers are well-constructed and built to last.
As a long-standing client of Doane Grant Thornton, the owner turned to our M&A team for guidance after being approached by multiple prospective buyers. They also wanted strategic advice and a more structured selling process. The M&A team worked with the owner through the entire lifecycle of the transaction, from providing best practices when evaluating potential buyers across the market to find the ideal match to providing recommendations during the negotiations with the buyer. With the support of our Tax team, the deal closed successfully with an undisclosed buyer. The owner of Mobilease is now looking forward to starting a new chapter as fully retired.
