Based in Lumby, B.C., the 100% Canadian family-owned and operated business was founded by Bill Boyko from the desire to provide high quality and accessibly priced cheese products to Canadians.
By 2005, Bill had grown the business from its humble beginnings to a state-of-the-art facility invested in research and development that created proprietary recipes and a robust portfolio of products. With loyal customers and long-standing relationships with suppliers and vendors, Castle Cheese continued to operate under the second generation of the Boyko family for a few years.
