Creating a forum for communication is central to any effective communication strategy. This gives people an opportunity to raise issues, work through challenges, and allow everyone to participate in running the business. For some businesses, this could be relatively simple—like holding regular family meetings. Depending on the size of your business, you may choose to bring the entire family together or limit meetings to family members over a certain age—or even blood relatives without in-laws.
