People are at the core of everything I do. As the Managing Partner for New Brunswick, I lead a multi-disciplinary team operating in seven locations across the province. My role is to create an environment where my colleagues and clients can make informed decisions to support their personal and business goals.
As a certified Family Enterprise Advisor, I specialize in assisting medium to large privately held or family-owned businesses with succession and continuity planning, tax compliance, governance systems, communication, and conflict resolution. I also help family members build a skill set to identify opportunities and find solutions. With more than 20 years of professional experience in accounting, I’ve supported clients operating in the agriculture, construction and real estate, food and consumer products, hospitality, industrial products, and transportation sectors. I've also worked with many charities and not-for-profit organizations.
I started my career in Toronto and also spent two years with Grant Thornton Australia before stepping into my current leadership role.
I'm on the St. Thomas University Board of Governors, contributing to both the Finance and Executive Committees. As a champion of Ronald McDonald House, I’m a committed member of its fundraising committee and was previously the past chair of the Doane Grant Thornton Foundation, before supporting the initiative as a subcommittee member.
Outside of the office, I cherish quality time with my family. You can find me, my husband, and our three children playing golf, hiking, snowshoeing, or walking through the woods.
