As Regional Managing Partner for Central Canada, I align Southern Ontario’s regional strategy with our national direction to ensure we deliver meaningful value to clients. I support our Managing Partner and work closely with a team of highly skilled and diverse business advisors, fostering strong relationships, empowering our people, and maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for the clients, colleagues, and the communities we support. I also serve on the firm's National Management Committee, where I contribute to firm-wide priorities, such as market share growth, talent development, and service delivery.
My experience in senior leadership roles, including previously serving as Managing Partner for Southern Ontario, has given me a unique perspective on the evolving needs of our clients. I bring these insights into every engagement—whether I’m acting as lead partner or in an advisory capacity—to help organizations navigate complexity and identify opportunities for growth.
For 35 years, I’ve advised clients across industries, including construction, manufacturing, transportation, wholesale and retail, fuel distribution, and pharmacy. As a Family Enterprise Advisor, I’ve also worked closely with business owners and multi-generational families to help them navigate complex decisions, balance family and business priorities, and plans for the future.
What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to build lasting relationships. A relationship-first approach, built on trust, has been a constant throughout my career, as I believe in investing meaningful time with clients to listen, understand priorities, and working collaboratively toward their goals.
Giving back and helping to build stronger communities has always been an important part of who I am, both personally and professionally. I’m passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders, living this commitment through coaching, mentorship, and active community involvement. I believe that as leaders, we have the responsibility to use our experiences and resources to make a positive and lasting impact to the communities in which we live and work.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and staying active outdoors, especially when I’m in Nova Scotia.
