As a leader of the New Brunswick practice, I provide business owners with advice and expertise they need to tackle their most complex business challenges—and become their trusted business partner in the process.
As part of the advisory services team, I help both private and public companies with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, management buyouts, corporate financing, financial structuring, succession planning, and corporate/commercial banking. I also assist in valuations, executive consulting, foreign direct investing, due diligence, and immigrant business services.
When I’m not in the office, I love giving back to the community in which I live and work. For the last 15 years, I’ve been a board member for Basketball New Brunswick and the Fundy Minor Basketball Association. I’m also a Level 3 basketball coach—coaching teams from Grade 3 to high school, head coach of the junior varsity girls’ program at Fundy High School, as well as a volunteer with Basketball New Brunswick’s junior elite development program.
I enjoy live sporting events—especially watching my youngest daughter, Sara, play for the UNB Reds Women’s Basketball team in her 2019/20 rookie season. Most importantly, I love spending time with my family—my two daughters, Emma and Megan, who are studying engineering at university, and my wife Leighanne, who is an accomplished veterinarian.
