I work with privately held businesses across industries including construction and real estate, manufacturing, and professional services.
After joining the Firm in 2011 as a Manger, I became a Partner in 2020. Since then, I’ve had many leadership opportunities, including as a PEER Team Member and QCCP Partner, Member of the Doane Grant Thornton Foundation Board, EDGE Facilitator, and Chair of the Principal Panel. I’m currently a Member of the Doane Grant Thornton Partnership Board.
Giving back to my community is important to me, which is why I currently serve on the board of governors for Conrad Grebel University College, which is affiliated with the University of Waterloo. I’ve also served on boards for Indwell, Hamilton Council on Aging, and Interval House of Hamilton-Wentworth. Being a part of these amazing organizations has allowed me to connect with the broader community while using my skills in strategy and finance to support causes I care about.
I strive to find the right balance between support and challenge, whether engaging with my clients to help with strategic decision making, developing my colleagues at the highest levels, or growing the Firm by ensuring our teams provide the best experience for our clients.
Outside of the office, I love to camp and travel across Canada with my family. I also enjoy spending time quilting.
