As Managing Partner of Southern Ontario, I oversee the region’s operations, strategic direction, and performance. I’m focused on ensuring our teams bring the right mix of perspectives, expertise, and local insights to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients, colleagues, and communities. I’m passionate about strengthening our brand, developing exceptional talent, and fostering a culture of shared leadership.
Previously, I led our Southern Ontario assurance practice working closely with our assurance leaders. In that role, I supported clients across different industries, advising not-for-profit organizations, owner-managed businesses, and professional services firms on accounting, tax, assurance, and strategic and operational matters. My approach has always been grounded in curiosity with a focus on building connections by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully to deliver tailored advice. This combined with a collaborative mindset has been central to my success, whether leading teams of highly skilled professional advisors or supporting our clients.
Giving back is a strong personal belief of mine. Through my experience volunteering at various organizations and raising a family of my own, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the importance of strengthening our local communities. I’m proud of our firm’s commitment to giving back and strive to personally live this purpose by volunteering as a board member with Unionville Home Society, a campus dedicated to providing a continuum of care for older adults living in York Region.
In my spare time, I value creating meaningful moments with those I love. You’ll often find me cheering on my children at the hockey arena, horseback riding, or spending time with family and friends at our cottage.
