I work closely with privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals, providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services that help them make informed decisions and achieve their goals. With more than 30 years of experience, I advise clients on a wide range of accounting, software, compliance, and income tax matters, delivering practical solutions that support the day-to-day and long-term needs of their businesses.
What I enjoy most about my role is building strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate financial and operational challenges with confidence. I believe in providing responsive, reliable advice that is tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Whether I'm helping clients improve processes, address tax considerations, or better understand their financial position, my focus is on creating value through clarity, trust, and personalized service.
Before joining Doane Grant Thornton in 2026, I built my career in public practice, spending 29 years with a firm at which I became a partner in 2008, serving clients across a diverse range of industries.
Over the years, I’ve developed extensive experience supporting clients across a broad range of accounting and tax matters while also helping guide the growth and operations of the firm. In addition to serving clients, I’m actively involved in mentoring and training team members and have led many of the firm's internal administrative functions, including information technology and database management.
I earned my Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and later obtained my Certified General Accountant designation. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing, helping both clients and colleagues navigate an evolving business and regulatory environment. I find it rewarding to support the development of future professionals and contribute to the long-term success of both our clients and our team.
