I’m driven by a simple belief: when people are supported and empowered, they do their best work—for clients, for one another, and for the communities they serve.
As Regional Managing Partner for Western Canada and a member of Doane Grant Thornton LLP’s National Management Committee, I provide strategic leadership across Western Canada, with a focus on strengthening our client experience, nurturing high-performing teams, and ensuring our firm continues to grow with intention and integrity. I work closely with leaders across the region to build clarity, confidence, and perspective, so our professionals are well equipped to navigate complexity, deliver insight, and create lasting value.
My leadership journey at Doane Grant Thornton includes nine years as Tax Service Line Leader for Northern Alberta, followed by three years as Managing Partner for Alberta. Throughout this time, I’ve been deeply committed to developing future leaders, including my involvement in the firm’s inaugural LEADer as Coach program. As a certified coach, I bring a coaching mindset to my work—one that emphasizes trust, curiosity, accountability, and growth.
Beyond the firm, I’m actively engaged in community leadership. I serve on the boards of the Esposito Heart Open in support of the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute, and the Capital Care Foundation, contributing to initiatives that advance health, care, and wellbeing across the region.
At every stage of my career, I’ve remained grounded in our purpose: helping our clients, colleagues, and communities thrive—today and for generations to come.
