I work closely with my clients to help them understand complex US tax rules and how they relate to their US operations. My primary focus has been structuring the US operations of Canadian companies, mitigating US federal and state tax exposure, accounting for income taxes, and providing due diligence, among other compliance services.
With over two decades of experience, I’ve advised clients ranging in size from small owner-managed businesses to large publicly traded companies. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a variety of clients in different industries including technology, distribution, and retail.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling to new destinations, whether it’s sipping coffee at a Parisian café, strolling through the bustling streets of Hong Kong, or unwinding on the serene beaches of Thailand. While travel is exciting, it’s the time spent with loved ones that truly enriches my days. I cherish my family dinners, golf games, and hikes together through beautiful B.C.
