For more than 25 years, I’ve provided management consulting services to clients in the construction, real estate, investments, farming, fishing, and service industries. My approach begins with understanding the underlying operational, financial and personal dynamics that drive the business. Once I know how the business works—and what challenges it faces—I can help identify pathways to long-term, sustained profitability.

Previously, I served on the board of the Nanaimo Women’s Business Network and currently mentor CPA students.

In my free time, I love the outdoors. Vancouver Island’s climate is perfect for camping, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. I cherish spending time with my family and exploring the region's natural beauty.
