I help clients with key events in their businesses’ life cycle. Most often, I help clients with buy or sell side M&A and financial due diligence mandates As a Chartered Business Valuator, I can also help you value your business, for a variety of reasons from tax planning to loss quantification.

My goal is to understand the business and build a strong connection with my clients. Steering clients through an important change, I make sure they can manage risks, see opportunities, and have in-depth expertise to help them meet their objectives.

With over 20 years of professional experience, I’ve assisted clients from a wide range of industries including construction, real estate, automotive, cannabis, distribution, food, and consumer products sectors. I also help clients operating in municipal, manufacturing, and professional services such as veterinary, engineering, consulting, and communications.

I’m a Board member for Grant Thornton Foundation, where I’ve played a substantial role in reimagining its strategic direction and ensuring that we’re supporting the organizations that are important to our colleagues and communities. Within CBV Institute, I also give back to my profession as a committee member.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and fitness, as well as travelling with my family to as many of the world’s best beaches as possible.
