My focus is on global transfer pricing planning, governance processes and procedures, business restructuring, and intellectual property valuation. I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries—from consumer products and software to oil and gas, mining, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. Through this work, my goal is to help clients implement practical, forward-looking solutions tailored to their unique business models. I also have extensive experience in Canadian transfer pricing controversy and regularly support clients through audits, appeals, competent authority negotiations, and advanced pricing arrangement (APA) processes.
Over the years, I’ve been invited to share insights at seminars and conferences hosted by respected organizations such as the International Tax Review (Global TP Forum), Canadian Tax Foundation, Federated Press, Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association, Canadian Petroleum Tax Society, and the University of San Diego School of Law. I’ve also contributed to the OECD’s Working Group 6 on intangible assets, providing commentary on contract R&D arrangements and the use of profit splits in global value chains.
Outside of work, I recharge in the mountains—skiing and hiking whenever I can. I also find creative balance through music, playing both piano and guitar.
