I focus on the unique complexities of family enterprises to deliver strategic tax planning and compliance services. This includes personal, corporate, philanthropic, succession, or other estate needs with an end goal to help my clients thrive.
With more than two decades of public practice experience, my work is centered around Canadian tax. I've also completed levels one, two, and three of the Chartered Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax program. In addition, I've presented at the Canadian Tax Foundation’s BC Tax Conference, multiple Society of Trust and Estate Practictioner events, and various private institutions on current Canadian tax issues and planning techniques.
I became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2007, and I’m also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
Outside of the office, you’ll most likely find me at a Taekwondo Dojo—where my oldest son holds a third-degree black belt, my youngest a second-degree, and I proudly wear a first-degree black belt myself.
