After 23 years, shareholders at McCallum Environmental decided the time was right to sell. Their priority was finding a buyer who would continue their legacy. This meant ensuring the buyer was the right fit and would uphold their values of prioritizing employees, culture, client approach, and quality project delivery. 

Our M&A team were brought into this deal from day one to help take the business to market. We introduced them to relevant strategic parties who aligned with McCallum Environmental’s values. Our tax team also provided services to facilitate this phase of the deal.

With both businesses aligned on culture and a client-centric approach, this transaction helps place Strum in a strong position for better meeting the needs of clients across Atlantic Canada.
