With over 30 years of experience, I’ve led numerous merger and acquisition transactions, providing strategic structuring advice at both the corporate and personal levels. I also have an extensive background in estate planning and succession planning, helping clients navigate complex transitions with clarity and confidence.
Beyond the office, I enjoy writing, public speaking, and volunteering. I’ve had the opportunity to co-author an article for Grocery Business Magazine, appeared on Rogers TV to discuss personal tax matters, and presented at a law firm symposium. I remain active in the professional and local community and am a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
