I’m passionate about delivering strategic, practical tax solutions that enable businesses to navigate complex regulatory environments with confidence. My work spans compliance, planning, and risk mitigation, creating value for organizations operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Before joining Doane Grant Thornton, I led income and indirect tax compliance, implemented domestic and cross-border real estate investment structures, and managed audits with global tax authorities to ensure effective risk management. With more than 17 years of experience serving both large and mid-market private and public companies, I’ve managed compliance engagements and developed tailored tax planning strategies that drive results.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo, along with my CPA designation.
Beyond my professional role, I give back by teaching financial literacy through CPA Canada to help individuals build confidence in managing their finances. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending quality time with family and friends.
