I specialize in assisting clients with complex financial restructuring, including appointments under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, court-appointed receiverships, and shareholder disputes. Additionally, I serve as a consultant to First Nations in Alberta and the Northwest Territories.

With more than three decades of experience, I’ve worked with a diverse client base that has provided me with a deep understanding of available restructuring strategies, which I apply to get the best results for my clients. As the restructuring landscape continues to evolve, I stay current on legislative changes and case law to ensure I’m always able to provide the best advice possible.

Giving back to my community is something that has always been important to me. Currently, I sit on the Board of Directors of the Edmonton West Conservative Association and previously spent eight years on the board of the Derrick Golf & Winter Club, including a one-year term as president.

I enjoy everything Alberta has to offer, and we're extremely blessed to live in a province of abundant natural resources and unlimited beauty. When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with my family, golfing, fishing, hunting and, of course, cheering on our Edmonton Oilers!
