My work includes a broad range of matters, including fraud investigations, source and use of funds analyses, whistleblower investigations, confidential internal investigations, breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, post-acquisition disputes, tax disputes, matrimonial disputes, professional negligence claims, business interruption claims, expropriation claims, and personal injury cases.
I'm currently based in Toronto, Canada, having spent a decade of living and working in Hong Kong, China, and Sydney, Australia. I’ve prepared expert witness reports across multiple jurisdictions—including Canada, the US, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, the British Virgin Islands, and the Philippines—and have acted on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, supported neutral expert roles, and led expert determinations. I’ve also assisted in presenting findings to city councils in both open and closed sessions.
