With more than 12 years of experience, I specialize in cross-border US tax matters for businesses of all sizes. My work spans a range of industries including technology, retail, manufacturing, and real estate, and includes advising on tax planning, entity structuring, and corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and financing. I also help businesses prepare for successful sale transactions, position themselves for strategic growth, and navigate entry into the US market.
I’m a Canadian-trained CPA, hold a CPA license in Washington State, and have completed my Master’s in US Taxation at the University of Denver.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and have a passion for cooking.
